As part of the LAIRCM mod, an AN/AAQ-24(V) NEMESIS laser turret is mounted beneath the tail cone. The rear turret is cued by three missile warning sensors, two at the sides (far left, far right) and one recessed sensor looking downward (lower center). The missile warning sensors with the octagonal apertures cue the chaff/flare countermeasure system. |
